This uniquely fabulous vintage china adjustable ring was created from a stunning Japanese Imari collector's plate! Imari is a porcelain design style that was inspired by 17th century Japanese Imari Porcelain who took their design cues from the colorful Japanese textiles of the day.
The design for this ring was chosen from the plate, cut out carefully with ceramic tile nippers, smoothed out to size & shape with my handy dandy grinder, then (white) grout is applied to the edges to seal & further protect the vintage china.
The hexagon setting is antiqued silver plated brass & measures a little over 3/4" & is fully adjustable to fit most every finger you might like to adorn with it!
*Each JBD piece comes with a 'Story Card' that tells a little about the Vintage China Pattern that was used in the piece purchased! :)
