This uniquely fabulous vintage china antiqued silver adjustable ring was created from a gorgeous James Kent "Chinese Rose" pattern dinner plate. This fantastic pattern features a detailed design of pink, blue & yellow flowers with colorful birds on branches with a scalloped, slightly upturned edge with a green trim. “Chinese Rose” was produced by James Kent at the Old Foley Pottery in Staffordshire, England from 1940-1959.
The design for this stunning ring was chosen & cut out with ceramic tile nippers, smoothed out to size & shape with my handy dandy grinder, then (white) grout is added to the edges to seal & further protect the vintage china piece.
The circle setting/bezel is antique silver plated brass & measures a little under 1" and is adjustable to fit most any finger you might like to adorn with it!
