This fabulously fun & lucky antiqued silver pendant was created from a vintage Lefton China porcelain plate that features a hand-painted shamrock & clover pattern called "Shamrock St. Patrick", which was produced in Japan starting in 1987 until the Lefton family sold the company in 2001. For this pendant, I captured two of those lucky clovers/shamrocks for you to enjoy!
The design within the plate was chosen for this pendant with care, cut out with ceramic tile nippers, then smoothed out to size & shape with a grinder, (white) grout was added to the edges to seal & protect the vintage porcelain piece of the pendant.
I have lovingly placed the porcelain piece into a lovely oval shaped antiqued silver plated brass bezel that measures just under 1" long & 3/4" wide.
The necklace I am offering to wear this piece is a 16" green faceted metal balls chain with lobster closure + 3" silver extender chain.
*Aside from the necklace option I am providing, conversely, you could also hang it from most any necklace you have in your jewelry box.
*Each JBD piece comes with a 'Story Card' that tells a little about the Vintage China Pattern that was used in the piece purchased! :)
