"Eastbourne" by Johnson Brothers Pendant Necklace

This beautiful & totally fabulous vintage china pendant was created out of a Johnson Brothers "Eastbourne (Old English)" pattern plate, which features a scalloped, "roped" edge with a blue band & a beautiful floral design that was first produced way back when in 1949 & was discontinued in 2015. Isn't it just the sweetest?
The design for this pendant was chosen from the plate, cut out carefully with ceramic tile nippers, smoothed out to size & shape with my handy dandy grinder, then (white) grout is applied to the edges to seal & further protect the vintage china piece.
I have lovingly placed the porcelain pieces into a gunmetal long rectangular setting that measures 2 1/8" long, 3/8" wide.
The necklace I am providing to wear this beautiful piece is a 16" pink faceted metal ball chain necklace with lobster claw clasp + 3" extender chain.
*Aside from the necklace option provided, you could also hang it from most any necklace you have in your jewelry box.
**Each JBD piece comes with a 'Story Card' that tells a little about the Vintage China Pattern that was used in the piece purchased! :)
